Free Seminars for Non-profits

In 2012, we are providing at least four free media training or presentation skills training seminars for 501(c)3 non-profit organizations in the Milwaukee area.

Since 1995, we have delivered these highly interactive, engaging and entertaining seminars to hundreds of individuals at dozens of organizations – large and small, corporate and non-profit – to help them conduct more effective media interviews and deliver more successful presentations.

Applications
Interested non-profits completed an online application. We will announce the opening for 2013 applications in Fall 2012.

Eligibility
Non-profits established and operated for the public interest may apply to receive a free seminar. Selection of the non-profits that will receive free seminars is at the sole discretion of Haig/Jackson Communications, Inc.

Seminar
Non-profits selected will receive, at no charge:

• A live seminar up to four hours in length presented at a location in the greater Milwaukee area that is provided by the non-profit
• The seminar will cover the fundaments of media interviewing or presenting, and include mock, on-camera interviews or presentations for participants
• The seminar will be delivered on one mutually agreed upon date by Barbara Haig, Jeff Jackson, or both
